Jorge Molina

Expedition Leader - Ríos to Rivers Chile

Jorge was born in the central Patagonian village of Cochrane, where his great-grandparents were early pioneers of the region. After graduating University with a degree in Physical Education, he returned to Cochrane. Jorge worked as an environmental educator for the Tompkins Conservation Parque Patagonia Project. He now works with the program that he co-founded, "Descubriendo”, whose mission is to unite science, youth and sport. Jorge is passionate about empowering youth through leadership opportunities, protecting the environment, and learning to lead an austere lifestyle that brings together ancient traditions with new sustainable technologies.
